3 · Legal basis
Storing information on, or accessing information already stored in, your device is governed by Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Strictly necessary storage and the anti-abuse measures needed to deliver a service you have expressly requested are exempt from consent. Google Analytics is not: it runs only on the basis of your consent under Article 6.1.a GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.
4 · How consent is applied
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Every consent signal (analytics_storage,
ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization,
functionality_storage and personalization_storage) defaults to
denied, and the Google Analytics script is not requested at all until you accept. No identifier is
created before that point.
5 · Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing
You are asked once, on your first visit, and rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting. You can change your
mind at any time; withdrawing deletes the _ga cookies already set. Your choice is remembered for
24 months, after which we ask again.
You can also allow, block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and use your browser's “clear site data” option to remove local storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how the website works.
6 · International transfers
